Innovation & Creative Process
Thanks to the pioneering CAD lab at Imperial College London, Marc took his first steps in 3D virtual spaces in the early 90s. It was love at first sight and a couple of years later, armed with a Masters degree in Engineering, the natural step was to pursue the rapidly expanding market of video game development.
In the last 20+ years, Marc has forged his skills in experience design and production across several countries, in organisations of all sizes and delivering for a variety of mediums and platforms.
From games to film VFX and interactive installations, the one constant has been relentless boundary-pushing; striving for innovation whilst ensuring the highest quality of delivery to clients and consumers.

VFX in Film, TV & Interactive
Sandeep has been in the visual effects industry for more than 20 years and has been recognised with the (Indian) National Film Award for Best Special Effects in 2013 for Girish Malik’s movie ‘Jal.’
Sandeep’s interest in VFX was tickled when he first saw Jurassic Park. He witnessed the power of silicon beyond CAD/CAM applications and dropped everything to figure out a way to get into filmmaking.
Having technical as well as artistic inclinations early on in his career, Sandeep considers himself fortunate to have worn many different hats and learnt many new things along the way.
He has worked as a concept artist, 3D generalist, animator, tracking and match mover, matte painter. Whenever and wherever there was an opportunity to try out something new, he jumped at it in the name of learning.
Nowadays Sandeep plies his trade as a VFX Supervisor and a Director of commercials and short films.
